Not personally..

but a friend did and was told to never forget the three Ps: Patience, Perseverance and Pluck. The first because you will not recover overnight, the second to make sure you do all the routines the right way at the right time and the third because you need guts to keep going. Positive mental attitude and all that.

Also, if you are on the NHS, do ask around about the standard of your local physio as it varies hugely around the country. If yours isn't that hot then find an alternative. Your local football club is a good place to ask for advice.
