Yep, had an arthroscopy to remove / clean up what was left.

Out of hospital the next day. Physio was good and you will need to go, as it's basically like learning to walk again.
Took about 6-12 months to get over, still get the odd pain, and 5 a side on astro is a knee knackerer.
