Well, obviously they're not 100% s**t all of the time.

But they are over-priced, and staffed under-competently, as you experienced.

An ex-gf of mine worked at the one on the Sweetbriar Ind. Est., but admittedly we're going back, crumbs, more than a decade. The care taken over the kit in the warehouse was less than you might expect - throwing boxes off vans to unload them and that sort of stuff.

Mind you, I expect that sort of thing happens at every big chain retailer.
