This will include most of North America, which you may or may not see as a good thing.

I my mate married a Texan girl, and the first time he went to her parent's house was for Thanksgiving. Daddy said Grace (obviously) and they all started tucking in, when Russ (my mate) noticed they'd all one-by-one stopped tucking in to goggle open-mouthed at his knife and forkery skills. He was just eating, normally, nothing fancy, just spearing with the left and cutting with the right, maybe a bit of lifting and jiggling about to get perhaps a bit of turkey and a bit of pertater at the same time on the fork, but nothing that you'd consider advanced. They simply could not believe his knife and forkery skills. They just didn't realise that level of cutlerian dexterity was possible.

After they got married she told him "you are so teaching our kids how to use a knife and fork."

And this is the country that's running the world.
