I don't think you can generalise about what bloggers do
but what has been interesting is that of the blogs I look at, it has been the ones specialising the hard to get stuff that have been subject to action, rather than the ones specialising in the latest releases.
As far as I can see virtually any album ever released is available free of charge on the internet (don't know about Torrents) and the powers that be seem unwilling or unable to do anything about it.
