They all got where they are because of wealthy individuals throwing dozens of millions of pounds at them (ditto Middlesbrough).

Its no good people saying "we have 20k season ticket holders, we should be in the Prem". That doesn't generate any where near enough money to compete at Prem level, or even at the top of the Championship these days.
