It's not really a criticism per se

any more than saying he has no physical presence is a criticism - it's just the way he is. What I'm saying is that the style of play he had, and the type of player he is, was not what we wanted when we bought him. He may well be what Derby need - I'm sure he'll do better playing alongside Howard than he did here.
In the end what did he do for us? We were never going to go up when we bought him, and despite what Grant says when he got injured we weren't looking like going up either. The chiefbenefit we should have got was making a profit on him - and the club knew all along that couldn't happen.
