you go to matches. So does Dukie. So do CC and I. We've all seen it. Most of the punters on here look at soccerbase and see "19 goals" and that's it.
Earnshaw scored a lot of meaningless goals - and I produced some stats the other day to back that up. Huckerby scored fewer goals - but he scored important goals.He wasn't what we needed and he never really fitted in - all that idiocy of having to play him as a lone striker. He might work well at Derby - but what would I rather have - £3.5 million to spend or Earnie in the side? It's a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned.
