Not sure, but
the clause in the contract would be between the club and the player so there shouldn't be any reason why we couldn't ask for more. The trouble is, the club would never say that he was available as this would lead the fans to again question the ambition. We were screwed with the clause as the agent would have been telling all interested clubs that it was there.
