It's easy to get out of Holland

because it's the size of a large garden. No wonder it has the highest population density in Europe (I think, can't be arsed to check). That's why we get all the rich cloggies buying estates in the Highlands, they can't get over the space. (Then they sell them because they can't get over the rain and the midges.)
