Sorry, but can't help but feel resources would be better spent on convincing the Pope to make birth control acceptable. That way the country would not be overflowing with AIDS. It would also not be over populated, leading to widespread deaths. Thousands may well die a day, but they wouldn'f if they didn't breed so damn fast.
