And I agree with him.

There will always be room for improvement, and in the scenarios Jono mentions above, the only way forward is improvement.

How it's done obviously isn't for me to decide, but there can be absolutely no doubt that things have to change.

Be it Aid for Africa, the fight against Terrorism, it all has to be addressed, and I sincerely hope that a solution will be reached.
