I am also not sure how seriously they scout the 1.5 hour area for youngsters

I know of two or three players in west norfolk they could have a look at but you never hear of scouts in the area.
I only know of one lad who i used to live a couple of doors away from (Nick Davey) who is emerging. He is very good and will most likely make it to the first team.
He does seem to be the exception as I have been to a few Norfolk County trials with my son and other lads from this area and there seems to be a bias towards picking Norwich lads before the others
