Find the exact model number on the motherboard...
Then go to crucial.com or kingston.com and use the Memory Search to find compatible RAM.
You can pretty much mix any speed to DDR RAM together as the DDR2700 will simply drop down to whatever speed your motherboard is set to.
Chances are your motherboard can only handle DIMMS of 512MB if you are having problems.
