If this gets banned it's another step backwards towards the dark ages and a victory for ill-informed idiots everywhere.
Let's be clear here, we're talking about using embryos which are going to be discarded anyway (they are left over from failed IVF treatments) and which you can barely see under a microscope. They're not going to accidentally create a person that has udders and goes moo.
