and hardly at all under Grant. When he has played recently he's been head and shoulders above the rest.

Previously, in the first few games of the season, he was overshadowed by Etuhu - but Dickson was able to get forward and play well purely because he had the security of Safri behind him.

His situation is not remotely similar to that of McVeigh.
