Should over-rule their appointed expert on team matters? With what expertise?

The manager is hired to do the football. They organise and supply the money. I don't really see that is so shocking, as far as that goes.

As for Safri, if he gets his finger out of his arse a bit more frequently he'll probably play. Can you honestly say he's been a consistently shining light this season? Yes he's had good games, but he's been dogs**t in some as well, something which is overlooked by some of his fans. He's getting a bit like Paul McSmall - worshipped by some while providing ever decreasing substance.
