When we were religated everyone felt that we should go straight back up dispite that the fact the same group of players failed to keep us in the premier league. Mangers who fail to return their respective teams to the prem get fired very quickly. FACT. A lot of presure then to get right first time. So i can forgive a lot of his errors. What NW didn't realise was that he wouldn't get the sack at the end of the season and maybe he did have time to gamble on untried talent like crow. Most clubs would have sacked him by christmas in the first season.
