The reason why most want Worthy to go is simply because his time has been and gone.
We had arguably more good times than bad times under his management, but ultimately we are now playing with no confidence and can't win away from home to save our lives. A new manager can and probably come in and change all that.
I think you're being a bit TOO picky to be honest mate.
