but it's difficult. To put pressure on the likes of Earnie, Hucks & Croft these squad players would need to be nearly as good. And if that's the case they could almost certainly get a place as a backup in a Prem squad for a fair bit more money (see Cotterill). So why would they want to come and be a backup here for less money?
They might be more likely to get to start here but the odds are still that they won't so they'll almost certainly play the precentages and go where the money is.
