i was out on wednesday with my little 3 yo grandson and had a beautiful day

it was a bit too windy to take a toddler out on a canoe so we hired a bishey barneybee dayboat out of thorpe st andrews.

he loved feeding the geese and ducks and waving at all the folks in the riverside pub gardens we pootled past and on the boats that went past us, who bless them all waved back and then we had an ice cream on the green and headed back home it was so nice. can't imagine a starker contrast to two little lads days out. i hope the injured little feller makes a full recovery it's so heartbreaking.
