If we teenager probably need to stay somewhere of reasonable size.

Transport can be the problem. The buses round the lake can get absolutely rammed and if you are based halfway round little or no chance of getting on. And if you are on you don't get off as you will never get back on again.

The Lake itself is lovely (as is Lake Como)
