picking up some equipment, he had a cardiac in his cab sometime in the night. got a bit of a stress on as it's a muslim country and they ding them in the ground within 24 hours but the people at the british embassy in pristina were excellent and helped sort out all the practical stuff and pointed us in the direction of coroner, non-muslim undertakers, helped with the repatriation arrangements etc and kept in touch with the relatives back in the uk. his firm picked up the tab and we kept his truck. no we didn't.

so if you die overseas give the british embassy a bell.
