top 6, and even since PC arrived we are not in top 6 form. He’s got more out of some players, that’s true but again - Mattsson started poorly but it could be he just needed time to settle in, Makama has definitely pushed on, McConville and cordoba just weren’t getting the time or were out of position etc.

Crnac, Topic, Sargent and Cordoba injuries opened the door for Mattsson, Makama, McConville and Springett, and as for Medic no coach on the planet is going to make him faster.

Not defending Manning - PC has done a great job with the structure and system and fitness / effort - but the result is still not the top 6 side knapper “promised”. If the season had started the day PC arrived I’m not sure we’d have been so happy with the results he’s managed.
