I agree that some kind of video panel needs to judge...

but I think it can only issue bans in the most obvious cases like the ghanian(?) yesterday but other not so clear cut offences its just too hard.

Other stuff like rolling around after being tackled and asking for players to be booked should also recieve some kind of retro9active penalty too, perhaps a yellow card.

FIFA however are trying not to undermine refs onfield decision making, despite Fanny Blatters comment the other day, which is correct in my opinion
