Why ? What does it bring ? What benefit?

Making it to the first team is clearly amazing, I imagine particularly for a local lad making it all the way.

Does getting a number improve that ?

For me id want the shirt. I want to be the number 9 , the legacy of Fleck , Sutton , Holt ... that's the dream.

Not that I'm 455 in the role call , and actually thats not really true as we don't know every player ever
