Oh, I agree it was an offence

But it's one you pretty much never see given (even though it isn't a new law). And it happens a lot. What I want above all is consistency. I don't really care if it is or isn't an offence, as long as its treated the same whenever it occurs. It's something that VAR should have been able to ensure and yet hasn't remotely.
