We absolutely should be training more doctors and nurses

Foreign trained doctors working in the UK are far more likely to be incompetant.

And the ridiculous tightening of rules for students both the tories and labour have pushed through should be rolled back. As it's causing massive damage to our university system.

And maybe those entering illegally should be returned to their home nations.

And maybe "essential skilled workers" should be exactly that.
