if you are a little bit " flabby" should you go to the gym or

should you lose a bit of weight before going to the gym? It's a bit late for me now, legs are fine and i feel fitter than i have done for ages but since started the gym been eating more s**te cos thought could get away with it.

By the way, to the person on about the "concept rower" what is the best time you've done... i managed 1.39.7 doing 500m and did 2500 in 10 mins
