Go see a proper osteopath, will cost you about 40 quid, and it will hurt, but worth it.

I f**ked about with various physios for months and made no difference. Went to osteopath and he deduced the problem was actually in my pelvis. Had about 5 bastard painful sessions, but sorted in the end.
