Who cares about u18 and u23 titles.....
As a self funding club surely % minutes is the major factor.
Every minute we can produce is a minute we don't have to buy (and normally pay mega wages for when you buy)
Even if the academy can produce 1 first team player a year (9% of minutes) it has to be deemed a success.
