How do you define a successful Academy?
Citeh have won both U23 & U18 titles for last three seasons, gone deep in FAYC mutiple times and generated (high) tens of millions in sales of youngsters (3 lads went to Soton last summer for £26m, just 3 apps between them)
But in this last PL season Citeh ranked only FIFTEENTH in terms of club-produced player-minutes, with just 6.6% (assume that is mostly Foden)

Meanwhile Norwich's Academy sides are a bit Lentil Weaver, (like the first team) but club-produced player-minutes have accounted for 24% of First Team.
So when Webber says the NCFC Academy is a success he's both Right and Wrong.
