Currently the betting markets have Norwich at around 14% for promotion.
Currently the betting markets have Norwich at around 50% for the playoffs.

This would put Norwich at around 28% to win promotion if they make the playoffs
(very slightly above average than the 3 remaining teams)

Yet Mikey pulls out 13% from his arse.
