he is really emotionally invested in these strikes and is disgusted that RM is trying to turn itself into a parcels business. he didn’t think RM was efficient enough to compete in that way anyway

He couldn’t quite get his head around the reality that parcels are the only future they have, and striking to stop change is going to send them out of business

There’s an absurd belief amongst some that Govt should/will simply subsidise an inefficient business model.
