but i don't think there will be a fundamental change in property value.

A correction undoing some on the mega house price inflation we've seen since COVID, but there's an under supply and that isn't going to change.

The only sales that will go through for the next couple of years (or at least a greater proportion than normal) will be people that are desperate to sell for some reason, but if you don't need to sell and you sit tight and ride it out for a bit, there won't be a material fall in prices.
