House sale near ours just fell through

Don’t know the reason, but imagine there’ll be a lot falling through because people can no longer afford their new mortgage (those trading up that is).

Also people who’ve had bids at mega high prices accepted might be wondering whether to carry on given the strong likelihood of falling prices.
