nice bit of cladding over the old stones would make a great airbnb. or a smoothie tower. i'd knock all those flats down to pulls ferry and bung loads of restaurants and cafes in there make it all cosmopolitan and that sushi bars or a wokkery and whatknot. maybe a pub or two and an architect cafe bar bringing the very best european dishes to the norwich riverside. and hourly water taxis up to the rushcutters stopping at carrow road and riverside leisure centre with it's controversial swooped roof.
