kings lynn probably couldn't afford it and nobody else is going to traipse all the way up to play in norfolk. better to demolish it and develop the area into a community outreach centre with a gym and a creche and a citizens advice hub. also, a sensory garden and a water feature and one of those outdoor gyms you see in mediterranean countries. maybe a bandstand as well and a bike rack. i would be able to look after the locomotive sign. thank you.
