It's pretty clear that the playing style is what Webber had been recruiting towards!

Getting in a manager who has played that style and got a team both promoted from and then staying in the Premier league with that style seems to be quite a sensible decision to make.

I don't quite think Smith has lived up to things by any means but our midfield has been not fit for purpose for 3 years (Skipp notwithstanding)
