Sorry to hear your awful news.

The club’s video showing the Lower Barclay as the number of people we lose to suicide was incredibly powerful and brought home the fact that this can affects us, those closest to us and people we come into contact with in our daily lives such as attending a game of football.

Nothing compared to what you are experiencing but lost a colleague to suicide a couple of weeks ago, and knowing they were in the situation where they thought that was their only option in order end their pain is hard.

I hope you are getting the support you need to deal with the trauma you and those closest to you are having to cope with x
