The club video gives me a chance to share some sad and tragic news...

Apologies for any distress.

Ten days ago, our eldest daughter (Mrs WY daughter & my stepdaughter) sadly and tragically took her own life whilst working away in Boston, USA.

This last week has been a whirlwind of heartbreak and chaos for us, as well as for her partner, sister, brother and actual father.

In some ways, I've been distracted by being the one liaising with her employer, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Boston authorities and several others to make arrangements for repatriation and then all of the other stuff needed once she is finally back in UK.

Sadly, she was someone who got down about things and she has had a difficult year at work but still surrounded by loving family and friends who are all now devastated.

Inexplicably she had just received some good news about promotion at work and her partner said that she was the happiest he'd seen her for six months during the past week.

I'm grateful to just one or two who I've shared this with privately and who have been massively supportive 💕💕

Sorry to be the bearer of such a distressing tale and for distracting you away from Wordle scores.
