If I ever won the euro lotto I’d buy a hotel to get the ones that want to off the streets into a safe clean environment
I’d give them paid training work in the hotel to get them skills to a job in the outside world
Reception
Caretaker
Grounds maintenance
Security
Chefs
Baristas
Housekeepers
Etc
I’d have multiple advice agencies based on site to support their individual needs and issues
shame I’ll never win the lottery
