We are (or were til yesterday) a premier league clubs. The comparables should be

Brighton, Palace, Brentford, Southampton, Leeds, Wolves, Leicester, West Ham, Villa, Bournemouth, Burnley, Watford, WBA, Fulham, Shef U.

Those are the appropriate comparables as they are the clubs who have been promoted to the premier league alongside us in recent years and stayed there or who are

Aside from possibly Burnley, Watford and Fulham i'd take all of their owners over ours.

But i'm not saying our owners have done terribly. We could certianly end up worse off. I also accept that had Webber done his job better we could have stayed up this year. I'm just saying we need a change, greater drive and ambition and preferably a bit more capital to give us a better chance.

I guess it comes down to whether you think its worth trying something different, in the hope that it helps us do better or you stick with what you've got knowing that seasons like the one we have just had will happen most if not every time we get promoted.
