The squad was assembled on the cheap too, it's not like we spent millions on Pukki or Aarons or McLean or Hanley or Krul etc etc.

The owners need to go. They put their hands in their pockets for a couple of million in league 1 nearly 10 years ago and since then have kept their hands on their plaything while spending nothing like the sums of clubs even in the Champs. Goebbels would admire the "billionaires are bad, aren't we clever with our model" propaganda, because it's a million miles from reality.

Wouldn't mind if they were honest about it, but selling a load of pony about how nice they are to gormless fans who know no better is patronising and c**ty.

I love the club, not Delia. We were a national embarrassment this year.
