If we want to transition to a more Prem friendly squad

and a coach's style to match then we have to transition. We can't suddenly play energetic, robust and pragmatic football with the squad we have. A coach with some experience of what is needed was bought in first and then this squad of technically good but soft players will be revamped over the next 2/3 windows to hopefully get to where we want to be Premier League wise. I think it at least shows having had 2 coaches have a crack at getting a tune out of this squad, that the recruitment has let us down, if Bailey is right about the summer transfer window Masterplan!
