My point of view is

These players have zero confidence literally no idea what style of play system formation or basic tactics they are supposed to be doing.

Farke got the benefit of the doubt last time around, I don't think smith deserves that chance, he's had long enough to work with the players and set us up, the constant chopping and changing is messed up, playing Zimmerman and byram ahead of Gibson is ridiculous playing Williams instead of the green lad another.

We haven't got millions to buy in another 11 dean smith signings so he's got to work with the majority again next season, I just don't see them playing for him or us improving under him. Confidence is rock bottom and he's not the type of manager to give the players that I'm my opinion
