It's hardly a fair crack of the whip is it?

He's come in to a side lacking any sort of organisation and confidence, not given anything in January leaving him with a squad without the ability to turn this around and asked to do the impossible.

He needs to show improvement quickly going into next season, but I don't see anything to suggest any other manager would have done any better. He deserves until Christmas at the very least.
