Talks a good game..... but his coaches are always left to front up and carry the can for his recruitment disasters while he suddenly goes missing and camera shy.
Giannoulis and Tzolis signed for around £16m and neither get a game. Loan players like Gilmour and Normann offer very little. Webber's signings have almost zero Premiership experience and then we wonder why we are not competitive at this level?
Time to find a new Sporting Director and new Board of Directors who understand that they are accountable for another season of total embarrassment.
