I think Webber's leadership has been non existent, he basically didn't improve the

squad in any way, he didn't manage to get his main targets (probably not his fault due to finances). He left Farke out to dry as he had to prove that he gave Farke all of that ammunition. It's all going pear shaped & you wouldn't even know Webber was employed by the club, he has disappeared off the face of the earth.
