Problem is simple. Recruitment. Not helped by ridiculous statements from SW.

For everything he has got right for the club in the championship he has undeniably failed at PL level. The recruitment with and without money in the PL across 4 windows has quite simply been abysmal.

Norwich fans don’t like hearing it or admitting but some of the excitement around the signings was way over hyped (Webber statements unnecessary and unhelpful). Take Normann in my opinion having two or three good halves of football has made him an icon. I haven’t seen anything from him to suggest why chased him all summer trying to get the deal done.

The balance of the squad especially when you takeout the loans is mind boggling. He has spent all this money and we face another summer of a complete overhaul of the squad.

The midfield put together is abysmal at this level in every aspect.
